Order Cancellation Policy

OfficeKoala processes orders quickly so that NIIMBOT printers and supplies can ship without unnecessary delay.

Requesting a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, contact hello@officekoala.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. An order can only be canceled if it has not entered fulfillment and has not been shipped.

Orders in Fulfillment or Already Shipped

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. After delivery, eligible products may be returned in accordance with our 30-Day Return Policy.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation is approved after payment has been processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.

Address or Order Changes

Requests to change a shipping address, product, variant, or order quantity must also be submitted before fulfillment begins. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
