Shipping Destinations
OfficeKoala ships throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories where supported carrier service is available at checkout.
We currently specialize exclusively in NIIMBOT label printers, original labels, ribbons, and related labeling supplies.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are generally processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping service selected or displayed at checkout. Most orders within the contiguous United States arrive within approximately 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may require additional transit time.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Available shipping methods and any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Free-shipping promotions apply only when specifically shown on the product page or during checkout.
Tracking
Tracking information is emailed after an order ships. Tracking updates may take additional time to appear in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address correction is needed, contact hello@officekoala.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged or appears to be lost, contact hello@officekoala.com promptly with your order number and relevant photos or tracking information. We will review the issue and work with the carrier when appropriate.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the shipment problem resulted from an OfficeKoala fulfillment error.
