Does the B1 require ribbon?
No. B1 and B1 Pro use direct thermal printing. Compatible label rolls are the only printing consumable.
Which labels should I buy first?
50×30 mm white labels are a practical everyday starting point. Add 40×30 mm clear labels for containers and round labels for lids or decorative uses.
Can I use M2 labels in the B1?
Do not assume cross-compatibility. M2 is a thermal-transfer system with its own labels and ribbons. Buy only refills explicitly confirmed for B1 / B1 Pro.
What is the difference between B1 and B1 Pro?
B1 is the everyday home and office choice. B1 Pro adds 300 DPI detail for creative projects and finer graphics.
What warranty and return support is included?
NIIMBOT printers include a 1-year warranty and Office Koala offers 30-day returns, subject to the store policy.
